Giusi's yoga journey is part of a wider exploration of what it means to live in a state of ease. Coming from an Asian medicine background and having worked in some of the most established clinics in London U.K., Giusi believes yoga is an individual path that never forgets the bigger picture which connects us all. The role of a (yoga) teacher is facilitating that individual discovery.
Giusi trained at Abhijna in yoga therapy, hatha and ashtanga vinyasa as well as completing the 'Training the Trainer' program. Driven by a love for continuous learning, she studies with established international teachers combining more traditional aspects of yoga with modern approaches.
She has special interests in yoga nidra, yoga philosophy and the practice of asana from a functional (rather than aesthetic) point of view.

Rebecca has been blessed with a natural talent for, and has been experimenting with human form since childhood. This evolved into the study of movement, academically through a degree in ‘health, exercise and education’ and then more kinaesthetically, through the disciplines of yoga, martial arts and taiji quan.
Her keen interest in eastern philosophy and oriental medicine inspired her to gain a BSc in Chinese medicine, which acted as a catalyst in her understanding of the body/mind and its key role in individual health and preventative medicine.
Rebecca has been teaching numerous modalities for over 15 years, and working in a therapeutic context as an acupuncturist in London and the U.K. for over 10 years. She teaches yoga worldwide specialising in using yoga therapeutically for individual health.
She completed her training in ashtanga vinyasa, hatha and yoga therapy here, at Abhijna school, and undertook ‘Training the Trainer’ program.
She believes in lifelong learning and continues to study with international yoga teachers, more specialised movement educators and her own respected Taiji Quan teachers.
'When the breath informs the movement, we truly enter the journey of yoga.'

ELSA BURGOS SCHOLARSHIP APPRENTICE
